I walked 8 blocks and was limping all the way.  The top of my left foot is swollen and painful.  I think it's just old Arthur flaring his ugly head, but it sure puts a damper on my walking.  I did do 30" of strength training at the fitness center though.

Some people might not support my WLS decision. 
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

Good for you honey!!  Sorry about the limping though.  I wonder what you could do for that.  Would it be better to ride a bike or swim?  So you are not in pain??

I think tomorrow I'll do the exercise bike.  I'll put some cold packs on it tonight.  Hopefuly the inflammation will subside.    The closest place to swim is 20 miles away. At these gas prices, I think not!
