Im not going to weigh in for a couple of weeks, ill eat on track but i figure if I dont see if im not losing then i wont get disheartened, and think if im not losing then its ok to have something im trying not to eat.

so no pb for me
no cakes
no desert

stick to clean eating til i get back to where im happiest at.

make an effort to do some form of exercise to get back into it...

I need this, and I love you guys!  I'm really good at the top four...gonna work on the others....  I'm going to set a six-week plan to hopefully set up some habits.

Six week Committment:

Checkin here daily
Weigh daily
Track food
Drink water regularly
Exercise daily....even if it's just 10 minutes, I WILL get on my elliptical each night
ZERO sweets....not a normal problem for me, but lately it's been a craving
One protein drink as substitute meal daily....I need to do this to get back on track
No more than 30 carbs daily...it's where my body likes it best

I'm ready!  I want this last weight off.   Nothing huge changes then, but at least I can then say I'm truly maintaining versus chasing the white horse.

I am all for this too. I am so disgusted with myself for snacking and eating between meals and not
getting off the 8 lbs I have been complaining about for awhile now.

 track food
 check in daily
 exercise 6 days a week
 no eating between meals other than 2 scheduled snacks
 no more than 30 carbs daily
