Oh Cindy,  i am just so excited and happy about this.  You are such a doll!!!   I love that you are doing this and i hope this won't be extra stress on you.  But i really appreciate you  :o)  As you know i've been stuck for some time :o(  life threw me a loop  (my best friend in the world died Thanksgiving) and it really took a toll on my journey but i'm back on board and this is really going to be such a help for me personally.  I've been wanting to join you but i felt ashamed that i had gotten slack and wanted to at least get back to my low of 169 after going back up to 173.  So i started atkins this is my last day of week 2 and in that 2 weeks i have lost 6lbs and today's low is 167.   This really is going to be so good for me and i love you for taking the time to do this for us everyday.  I'm so close now and i'm just so happy to see this.

1.  Weight:  217
2.  No Sweets, No Carbs
3.  2 Liters of Water = minimum

Random Thoughts:
- Life is really good I think eating my apple a day is keeping my carb/sweet cravings at bay.
- Not sure why I'm not having my regular bowl movements over the weekend.  As long as I'm regular by Monday.

I was looking for S&A on the VSG board.....so glad to find it here....I am in....of course I am not promising to check in every day....but I will be reading everyday...I can read but not reply on my phone...

I am sturggling with mindless eating...I do great till lunch and then bam....the snack basket strarts whispering my name....but I am off this weeki for spring break...so...its time to try to get through the carb with draws again!!!!...of course I have learned that going cold turkey tends to rebound on my so maybe I need to do some emotional prep before I jump off the deep end and drown again....

So, todays goal is 64 oz of fluids and a pleasant walk....
and to go find a new battery for my scale!!!!

My hard time is 3pm...like clock work eventhough I've had lunch.  Lately I'm trying apples to see if they will curb my cravings and so far (the last week) they have.  I didn't even feel the DRAW I normally do on Donut Thursday...thank God!!
