Highest Weight - 230 lbs
Surgeon's Goal - 162.5 lbs
My Goal - 155 lbs lbs, BMI - 21
Prefered Range - 142 - 147 lbs
Yesterday's Weight - 148lbs
Today's Weight - 149.2 lbs
Gain/Loss - +1.2 lbs
Maintenance Plan:
- Eat 3 Healthy Meals - breakfast
- 2--3 Healthy Snacks -
- Take all Viatamins & Supplements - 1st set,
- Drink Water like a Fish - doing great today!
- Walk 4 miles - done
Random Thoughts:
- Well crap!! I am so pissed off. I removed some trigger foods from my diet, but I guess I have transfered them to other foods. Like PB!! So out goes the PB.
- I am still eating too many carbs when we eat out and will cut back there also...
- Trying to make small changes, and lose a bit at at time, but life is getting in the way. I will just keep tweeking things. I don't want to do a full blown diet and then a binge... although I feel a binge coming on... so maybe I will do it backwards, binge and then diet ;)
- All my hard work and great loss over the past few weeks is slipping away again...
- Oh well onward and downward!

Prefered Range - 140-150 lbs

Random thoughts.
I was 169 at my lowest, then i gained 4 lbs and went back up to 173 :o( this i didn't like so i started atkins (which i have never done before) on 2/28 and in the first week lost that nasty 4 lbs yeah for me. So my ticker was finally true again. This week i lost a lb and am now the proud owner of 168!! I have missed the sleevin and achievin post and would like to come here and document my progress. I have missed you Cindy and would appreciate your support in this. Thanks for being there and providing this extra motivation to keep me accountable. I'm not in maintenance yet, but hoping to be there soon. I think i hit a plateau and my body really like being in the 170s but i am determined that my journey not stop there. Hoping to do like Frisco advised and lose 2 lbs a week 2 more days to get that other pound off but so far average 5 lbs in the past 2 weeks. Really need to work on exercising more than the 2 walks a day I'm currently doing. :o) jeani

It is good to see you. I have missed you also, and I admit I just could not commit to S&A when I was off plan for so long and crazy busy.
However, I can and have committed to the Daily Weigh In. I love that you are here, we can combine the two types of posts I have done here into one. You will be maintaining before you know it.

I have had lots of success on Atkins in the past and found it to be my most successful 'diet' plan. Stick with it and you will get to goal.

Just got back from Vegas. When I left I weight 112.6 and when I returned I weight 118.6!! Oh but I enjoyed every minute. After all, my sin of choice in Sin City is gluttony! Anywho, just a few more days of super strict eating and I will be where I was when I left. I think all of my water weight is gone finally. I treated myself to sudatonic wrap and massage to help get some of that travel water weight off!

Grrr...199...But, I cannot have breads in the house and not expect to gain. Oh, I mean breads that I like to eat.
I need to learn to eat breakfast. I work really hard and am eating very little through the day and graze all evening.
Cindy, I bought SHRINK YOURSELF and am enjyoing it...Great buy!!..It is helping already!!..Just not on the scale yet..hehe

I really enjoyed the Shrink Yourself on-line program. I am happy to hear you are enjoying Shrink Yourself also.
After the 10 Thin Commandments I am going to read the Shrink Yourself Book again. I really find reading something weigh loss related on a daily basis helps me stay more on track, and gives me new ideas all the time. I am continually learning more things and learning more about myself at the same time...
I have decided i have to get even more serious if I am going to get these 8 lbs off that I gained. So i have decided to set up Sleevin' & Acheivin' again. Hopefully it will help me get back into a healthy routine again and get this weight off.

Finally able to check in!! My 86 year old father has been in the hospital since Wed evening and we are not sure at this point when he will go home. Been making daily trips (1 hr each way) and I'm absolutely exhausted. I'm surprised I havent seen a major gain. Guess I've been doing something right. Most my meals have been snack items (Turkey bites & almonds) with an occasional Starbucks light mocha frappe. I refuse to eat hospital food so its either my snacks or sandwichs out of the vending machine. Those are not very appealling either!!
