how can i go back .. this is the main struggle i have now i was reading a post here that made me think once you stop from following and gaining the right habits to keep you lose the weight you just stop and reach a dead end ..
this is my fault actually i was committed at sometime but then i just slipped away and stopped doing anything and i got back to my awful habits
want to know what will make you lose weight ... it all sums up in one word DESCIPLINE and COMMITMENT
internal descipline is by far the most important and the hardest

unfortuntely i realized this lesson really late .. i am almost 2 years out and i have more than 35 kgs to go ,,, i can make it i know i just need a boast and some motivation and some hardcore commitment to do it because if i want to do it i can turn this want to action

i am turning back to you guys because i need someone to think with me ..
what should i do and i need a practical solution because my life style is a bit hectic i work a full time job and i study and attend night lectures .. and i need some big start , but also i need a plan to follow that is realistic to follow ...

i do not really want to do the five day pouch test ... i am not really in to it
and i do not think it's practical to go on mushies then protein like we previously did

should i only apply the vsg rules
or
should i follow a diet plan set by a doctor that has some complex carbs
or should i follow a crash diet like the one called the negative calorie diet with it's soup and everything

actually the truth i want to lose weight fast to have some motivation but at the same time i hate dieting and i am not really motivated to do so ..
i guess you can say i am lost at this moment of time and i need your help
so from your experience what should to lose weight fast ?

To be honest, it is hard to get back on track when you have taken a different road.  But it can be done if you want to do it.  The truth is that you will have to once again make your eating a priority.  It is like a full time job, one you just can't quit, ever.  You need a plan to follow, one that works best with what you know about your body and your temperament.  In my opinion, it is not so much a matter of discipline as it is a matter of priorities.  In our busy lives, it is very hard to except that for us, our eating plan is just as important as our jobs, our school, our other commitments.  Once you except that it is that important, it is much easier to stick to plan.  I say get back to the basic sleeve diet.  That means, eat every three hours and don't graze.  Eat dense lean protein first, every time, veggies next.  Don't drink for 45 min. after meals to help keep yourself full.  Plan your meals and cook for yourself.  Yes, it is harder and less convenient, it is also the only thing that works for me.  Journal every calorie you eat and be totally honest.  Write out YOUR plan and look at it often.  You can do this, but you have to get serious about making it happen or else just learn to live with your weight.  There is no magic button or pill or book or exercise equipment that will do this for you, believe me, I looked.
