Skin changes and muscle matures.
I think you would have to work much harder than I think you would EVER want to to look like a man, but my point was not really that everyone should lift weights, and I sure do know that not everyone cares to have muscles or look strong, and that is sure enough groovy!
My point was more the documentation of the thing, and the keeping up with whatever structure MADE us successful in the first place and that pictures show what our memory cannot even possibly bring to light!
But yes! Look into pilates! I love how I feel when I pilate! Long and strong and carry myself nicely. It was created by a bigold dancer guy for rehabbing dancers!
IT kicked fella's butt when he went with me once, he said he did not want to go back because there was too much "toe pointing" but I think it was because it really kicked his butt :} .
Get through your books and your busy time and get your eating structure back on track. You are doing this thing honeypie!

As always...Excellent advise. And I must say you're body is well defined . I'm one that does not prefer too much muscle on a women. but I think you have balanced your body well. You should be very proud of your transformation.
In my support group meeting last week. A person who was 3 years out showed what she called a "Brag Book". It documented her progress throughout the years. I decided that I was going to create one. It was nicely put together, with NSV's as well as progression pictures.

Thanks Mikey. I know muscles on chicks are not for everyone, and while I really can appreciate the hard work that competition chicks go through, I do not find it particularly aesthetically pleasing. Impressive yes! But, well you know!
Thanks for your sweet words. Fella is not hot on really muckley gals either, but - well, he also wanted into women with tattoos and cats, and well - here we are 18 years later. And he is wise enough to know that when I feel good about me, then everything is better at home. And he is as proud of me and my hard work as I am, and that's a supergreat hing.
Your person's brag book is really a great idea. I think we forget sometimes (you know, being human and all) how far we have come - and nothing SHOWS us like things in our own handwriting, things with our face on it! Its so much better than relying on our frail memories!
I would be excited if you would share some of your brag book with us!
