Daily Exercise Check In

Well this is late as I was up and out the door very early and have been on the go ever since. Does being busy and dealing with a zillion issues count as exercise? Ok, probably not but thats what the day has been. And it ain't over as I work at our gallery opening tonight and have some chores and errands before then. So formal exercise is down the dumper today - I admit there is no hope of it. But its been a productive day and being busy sure keeps you from eating!  Will do better tomorrow with Aikibojitsu class.

I have slipped up = no exercise since Tuesday, if you don't count jumping to conclusions.  I will today so I can come back and post on the Saturday exercise thead.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

PM me if you are interested in either of these.

Although I didn't get any formal exercise on Friday or Saturday, my BodyBugg says I burned tons of calories. I was babysitting my son's twin girlfriends and they make me run around quite a bit. While watching them the past two days I was doing some major housekeeping. Cleaning my backyard, garage, cabinets, baseboards, etc. I probably cleaned for something like 5 hours each day, so lots of work, and lots to show for it. I'm going to be doing some painting indoors too so that will be great for calorie burning.
