Daily Exercise Check In
Ok friends, here is the start of today's post. I am finding its helping me make me move my a$$. So I am still drinking coffee and slowing emerging into the day. But I think I am gonna do 15 on the treadmill as soon as i clean all the dust and junk piled on it. Raining a lot today and generally nasty up here on the north coast so outside walk it not to apprealing. Diane
I'm trying to figure out how to fit it in today! I didn't make it to the gym this morning, and have to run and errand at lunch. So I think I'll take my son to the gym this evening, then have to hit the books! But I also wanted to visit my friend who is giving me some of her outgrown clothes. Just is not enough time in the day to do everything I want to do!

Ok, I did walk 45" on the treadmill yesterday. I think I over-did it. My knees kind of hurt today. So I walked outside today for 20". Then went to the fitness center (both days) and did weight training. Even though I still have a lot of loose skin, I can really tell in how my clothes fit that the exercise is working! Gives me motivation!
