Do you think produce would do it for you? Like something like cucumber slices dipped in something salty? I was thinking something more along the lines of:

Tell me what you are craving.. I will find a low carb equivalent.. I just posted a low carb cheesecake and cookie recipe on the main board.

Great carb article.  Thanks for posting Sublimate.  I've yet to buy Gary T's new book because I never made it through GCBC.  I started that when I gave up all carbs 2 years ago.  It was way too dense a read.

I got some protein chips from one of the bariatric websties.  They come in various flavors.  I got a few bags of the sea salt and vinegar flavor.  I think I ate one back and the other few are still sitting around.  They definitely will do if you're craving chipsy kinda things. I leave them alone because they're around 15 carbs per bag which is way too high for me.  I'm still not really snacking but if I "need" something, I'll go for some cheese or meat instead of junk because my mind is focused on goal.  Not sure anything will be much different once I'm there.
