Maintenance Plan:
- Eat 3 Healthy Meals - breakfast, lunch,
- 2--3 Healthy Snacks - pb, pb, pb, etc... ooooppppssss
- Take all Viatamins & Supplements - 1st set, 2nd set, 3rd set
- Drink Water like a Fish - started earlier today,still not enough!
- Walk 4 miles - made it 3 miles today, then it poured rain!!
Random Thoughts:
- Yesterday was a complete wash, extreamly busy selling Real Estate and putting up 50 new for sale signs... Ate out twice while we were on the go... Had a drink with dinner... no sweets, no exercise... except for running around like a chicken with my head cut off!!!
- Today is a new day! Onward and downward!

Well I'm back from vacation, and I'm up. I'm not too worried about the weight gain, not bad for being on vacation. What does concern me is how easily I fall back into bad habits. I spent the first 3 days just eating constantly! Plus, I'm able to eat more "normal" amounts, so the non stop grazing will get me in trouble. I had a stern talk with myself and eventually got myself under control, but this experience made me realize that we all have to stay vigilant.
As long as we can talk to ourselves and work through the lapses or challenges, I think we can tackle this thing. But, I know that I will HAVE TO stay on top of my weight every day for the rest of my life.
Thank goodness for our friends here who are in the same boat!

I'm one pound below the range I want. I know it will fluctuate. I eat whatever the heck I want and always have from day one, that was part of my personal plan. My metabolism is definitely different than it was and that's a good thing. This weekend I will be spending it with someone new in my life and he is a very good cook and has dishes lined up to serve me, lol. Maybe I'll gain a pound hopefully!

- Being the excatholic that I am for Lent I have given up sweets and carbs and so far so good. Thank God my body has released the bloat I had from my Mammoth trip. Now I'm taking it 1 meal, 1lbs at a time.
