 Hi all,
I'm far from from maintenance but I have found all of my wise and all knowing people here.  All the ones that get me thinking correctly, eating better and laughing till i can't breath.  And sometimes pulls the strings to my heart till I'm just a blubbering idiot over something someone is going thru.  I so much enjoy you guys and the info you put out.  You have truly made my journey a great one,
Many Thanks

Glad you are enjoying our little group. One does not have to be at goal or even have had surgery or vsg to participate here, We can gain knowledge from all sources and this is sort  of a think tank on all vsg issues that go beyond the early days post op. So feel free to post your issues or comments. Every experience has value to all of us. And all of us more experienced sleevers just love to blab about our experiences and such.  So enjoy and participate.

Jimbo, you forgot to mention some of the other essential topics such as " I haven't pooped in 3 weeks, am I normal?";  "would it be ok if I ate lobster thermador if I pureed it since I am only one week post op?",  "Ok, I just got home from the hospital, now what am I supposed to eat?", or "I am really depressed because I can't stuff myself like a taxidermist anymore and don't know what to do!"

Okay Okay, that was pretty snotty. Can't help it. I no longer self medicate with chocolate and it brings out my inner beeeooottttcccchhhh. And you are right. We all asked even sillier questions than that.

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

I agree! I read the maintenance forum almost every day...I find the discussions here to be very thoughtful, intelligent and very informative as I make my journey to goal. Thanks to all who write and share on this forum!
