Wednesday Exercise Post

One hour aqua jogging/water exercise. I can stand on my noodle and do squats in the water!

Ok, this is the first time in a long time that I've done stairs in a long time. Last night, I climbed 70 stories of stairs! Amazingly enough, I am not even sore this morning. We also did some lunges. I wasn't going to do them because I can't do lunges. I decided to try them...and I could do them easily! I realized, laying in bed thinking last night, that I was 220lb last time I tried to do lunges...which is why, in my head I couldn't do them.

climbed stairs for 30 minutes and lifted weights for a bit over an hour...
