Wednesday Exercise Post

Diane may be busy so I'm posting today.  Not much exercise today for me.  I got to the gym late so I had only about 17 minutes.. did a mile in that time.  I have a lunch and evening appointment so that's it for exercise for me today, but yesterday was good so I'm not too disappointed. Will hit the weights tomorrow!

How is everyone else doing?

Thanks for starting this thread.

I did my 30 minute Curves workout and then brisk walking for 20 minutes. I'm back to strict food logging and drinking lots of water hoping to start losing again.

Wow that's great! How long does 4 miles take you, out of curiosity?

I stroll along in the sunshine and breeze along the sandy streets and beaches.. I have not timed it, but I know I am not setting any records.  I will time myself tomorrow...

Our motto here on CC is "Go Slow..." and that is just what I do :)  The walk is as much for my mental health as it is for my physical health... you know what I mean?

I will bring the GPS tomorrow to see exactly how far I go and how long it takes me :)

Have a nice evening,

Cindy

Thanks for starting today's thread, Sublimate. I had to leave the house early and was gone most of the day. But it was sunny and pretty nice so I took doggie Liza for a 15 minute walk and also practiced my martial arts Aikibojitsu for a while. Having trouble remembering the routines so its hard to practice what I can't remember. Got a disc, gotta study it.

I did a 30 min workout off the fit channel, it even had a little bit of hip hop.  I started my hand weights yesterday which I bought at New Years and had not used yet.  I am trying to get excited about exercising.
