I am 103.2 today. I am good with that. I ate most of my state yesterday because I was so hungry. It was not about feelings or boredom, it was about hunger. It is so weird that I have days like that and then I have other days where I barely remember to eat. It all balances out in the end as long as I am listening to my body and not easting junk no matter what day it is. Yesterday I gained .8 lbs. for my troubles, but it doesn't worry me, because I think it is just my body trying to stay stable around the 103 mark. Today is a new day.

Late to checkin today......not fun at work...stress eating...BUT I WILL GET ON TRACK. We are also planning a four-year old's birthday party for the weekend....more stress. No excuses, but my head is just not in the game today.

UP EIGHT POUNDS FROM PRE-DISNEY TRIP. Sure, some of it's the horrible water retention that carbs have a way of causing. But still........I'm learning the hard way that while my trips are fun, the week to two-week haul back out of the scale crisis and detox from head hunger may not as worth it as I thought. Nothing like a hard fought lesson or two to make it sink in......

Random Thoughts
I am having a pretty good day! Work was stressful, but, we got through it. I was hungry when I left. All I had was tuna, yogurt, cuke slices and a protein shake. So, I stopped and drooled over a lot of stuff and ended up with a protein bar. Had my coffee when home and waiting for dinner to be done!
