Daily Exercise Post
well I blew it today. Didn't get any exercise to speak of other than doing a raku firing and cleaning up after it which is somewhat physical but not enough. Was on the phone a long time with a dear friend and just ate dinner at 9:15 at night so I guess my day is shot. So I get a demerrit. Will try to do better tomorrow.

Today is a swim day so I have built in exercise. But I want to do at PTTP session too. It's only 5-10 min. of lifting but I have to go to the gym and change into gym clothes and so I tend to put it off and it doesn't get done.
So I'm posting here to make sure I do it. Hope it goes better than my pledge to ride my bide went!

At the end of the day I did another 20 mins on the treadmill and about 45 mins of weight lifting so it was a good day.
Start weight: 388, Current Weight: 185, Goal Weight: 180, Weight Lost: 203 lbs
