Ok, here is the start. I am late getting out the door today as I will be firing the kiln and have stuff to do so won't get any done this am. will have to make it up tonight. maybe practicing martial arts. Hope you all are doing better than me today.

I did a mile in 17 mins.. was late getting to the gym but was fast-walking at either 3mph or running at 5 to make that time. Need to do more cardio and some darned strength training this evening!

OK, did some mild moving and kept it up for 20 minutes. the rest of y'all are just showing off!!

Well I sure feel like a slacker compared to the rest of you!  We had a luncheon at work.  I usually go to the fitness center for 30".  Well, I DID go for 20" so at least I went.  Had a meeting after work and then just too pooped to go back to the fitness center.  I'll go twice tomorrow.  I promise!

Some people might not support my WLS decision. 
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

Last night hiked 5 1/4 miles in about 90 minutes and this morning did a much slower  3 1/2 mile hike. I love hiking and more importantly I love being able to hike.
Whatever you do is it truthful, necessary and kind?

I did my 15-20 minute workout at home. I have an Everlast Training Camp Ultimate 6 week work out. It kinda kicked my butt tonight but am looking forward to the 2nd step tomorrow night. Lets see what this chick is made of. I also have signed up for 3 5K walks in April so I really need to get my butt moving. I am finally starting to feel a little better mentally and physically!!

About 1/2 hour of step aerobics...did not "feel" it today...kind of low energy...
