I did a mile in 17 mins.. was late getting to the gym but was fast-walking at either 3mph or running at 5 to make that time. Need to do more cardio and some darned strength training this evening!

I did my 15-20 minute workout at home. I have an Everlast Training Camp Ultimate 6 week work out. It kinda kicked my butt tonight but am looking forward to the 2nd step tomorrow night. Lets see what this chick is made of. I also have signed up for 3 5K walks in April so I really need to get my butt moving. I am finally starting to feel a little better mentally and physically!!
