The Awlful Reality of VSG for me!!

I was just telling my daughter that I thought that eating was just too darn much trouble. Really, I am rarely hungry. Dense meats do fill me up fast.   I rarely get hungry so I eat because I know it's lunch time or dinner time. I have a protein drink every morning for breakfast too, so I am good on my protein.

I don't get sick of what I eat, because really, I eat whatever I want. That's what causes the problems from me getting back to my lowest weight. I don't eat because I am hungry all the time, I eat  something because that is what sounds good at the moment. If it's blueberries or strawberries, I eat them and worry about eating some protein later. There are a lot of times when I eat veggies first, because I know I won't have room for them later.

I pretty much eat whatever I want, and I probably eat way more veggies than other folks.  I'm sure there are days that I don't get 90 grams of protein in, but most days I have a protein shake (this gives me my "ice cream" fix as well).  I even put spinach in my shake.  I figure it all evens out.  Vegans and raw foodies don't seem to die at a higher rate than us carnivores.
