Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Sunday, Mar06/11
I haven't changed the way I have been eating. Same foods, same amount and same exercise routine.
I'm thinking I may have been in a month and a half stall.
I'm not sweating it...My doc said my body will know when to stop.I'm just along for the ride.
I'm thinking about the possible regain that may happen in a year or two. So maybe it's not such a bad thing.
Only downside is that I may need to buy more clothes. I notice that things are starting to get loose.

AND, it is true that you may want a buffer anyway because of the possible regain... it can happen... look at me :)
Ya the clothes thing can get expensive eh? Oh well it, and you, are worth it.
Big hugs,
Cindy
My doctor did caution me that I should not go below a normal BMI. I'm still far from it. My BMI as of this morning is 28.3
Currently I'm doing about 1,300 calories sometimes 1,500 I've been doing that for the last 3 months. I'm not sure why all of a sudden I lost 5 pounds in a week.
I don't mind buying clothes as long as it's becuase I'm loosing and not gaining. I just bought a couple of suits last month. May have to get them taken in. I will need a new summer wardrobe anyway so that's not a big deal. I just won't be able to use my winter clothes next year.
