Random Thoughts:

Although I'm sure it has to do with water retention from my wine tasting and horse back riding adventure yesterday....STILL...it wasn't good to see a gain.  This week I made my crustless egg quiche for breakfast this week (first time in awhile).  And I have proteins and vegetables planned for lunches and dinners so this shall be a GREAT week.  It has been a LONG time since I have actually planned my food so it's definitely a turn for the best.

Good to see you too Cindy...I go away but I'm never to far.

Hey Beautiful!

Sounds like you had a great day yesterday!!  Glad you are out having fun!  No surprise there :)

Too bad about the gain, but it will slide off, just keep workin' it!

A PLAN is a very good thing!  It sets us up for success!  Good on you!

Glad to hear you are never far away, hope you can pop in more often, it is always good to see and hear from you!

Big hugs,

Cindy

I am recommitting to me! I will do this, maybe I won't be perfect, but, I will get to a comfortable place.

I have had my coffee and Tylenol...Woke with headache. ( I even measured the milk for my coffee, the carbs can add up there.)

Hello My Sweet Friend!

Nice loss!  It is great you are getting further into Onderland, I expect going over 200 lbs would cause some stress!!  So I look forward to you getting a bit lower and away from that number.  I am cheering you on!

I am so proud of you for recommitting, it is so worth it.  We know we can do it, we have done it before.

I noticed you woke up with a headache.  Check out this website if you like www.WomenToWomen.com and go to their testimonials page.  I am using their supplements for my PMDD, my Mom for her Insomnia, and my sister for her Pre-Menopause... it has changed our lives... perhaps it can help you.

Love and hugs right back atcha my dear, so good to see you again!

Since I don't care about fat so much I use 1/2 and 1/2 in my coffee =)

I am at 102.4 this morning.  This is great, I am totally happy with the numbers.  I have been measuring my food and journaling like I did in the beginning.  Guess what, it still works when I work it.  I ate about 1000 cals. yesterday and feel in control.  My new favorite breakfast is one hard boiled egg with Laughing Cow blue cheese wedge all mashed together.  Yum. That and a latte gets my day off with only 170 cals.  This and planning my snacks have seemed to work.  Good luck to all of us.  It seems as if honesty is breaking out all over the place, and we can deal with anything if we acknowledge it.  Good for us.

Good Morning Sweet Pea!

How are you doing today!?  I love to see your weight where you like it!  I know that must feel so good!  I can't wait to get back there!  I am well on my way.

I know what you mean by so many people re-committing, it is amazing.  I think when one or two step forward and admit they are struggling or commit to working their Sleeve again, it gives others the chance to step up as well!!!

I love it, I am so proud of all of us, we, all of us, together, can do this!!!!!

Big hugs,

Cindy

121.5. I have no friggin clue why I have been this stable (Cindy thinks I have a secret weapon but I don't)  except that I still food journal and act like I am in weight loss phase except I eat 500 or 600 calories more than the 6 to  700 i had in weight loss phase.

Gotta admit last night I really had some munchy urges. Satisfied them with grapes. They are so sweet they are like candy to me. Then a late evening protein coco as I was short of my 70 g for the day. My secret indugence is peanut butter. The ordinary kind; not sugar free.  I eat a big blob on a spoon every day. But I track it and count it into my calories.

Hi Diane,

You do have a secret weapon, and that is that you are so consistant with your calories and tracking... incredible!!

Sounds like you made some great choices when you got the munchies last night... so much better than cookies, candy, chocolate or chips... great job!

I eat some amount of peanut butter every day, it is my treat as well, and it is full fat, sugar, the works... and the crunchier the better.  I have reduced my spoon size right now, but I am still eating it :)  LOVE the stuff.

Have a great day O' Stable One!
