Ok, Day #3.... wish me luck -
- Eat 3 Healthy Meals - breakfast, lunch, dinner
- Eat 2-3 Healthy Snacks - raisins, cheese, pb
- Take all Viatamins & Supplements - 1st set, 2nd set, 3rd set
- Drink Water like a Fish - I can't seem to get back to this, and I love water!! Drinking more now...
- Walk 4 miles - Done
- I am lovin' the 10 Thin Commandments Book -learning lots, I am about 1/3 of the way through it...
- All of that stress in my life has come to fruition, our listings are selling like hotcakes! Thank goodness!!
- Ok, I just weighed and I have now lost 3.6 lbs in 2 days. This will not last, and I have a habit of binging when I stop losing for awhile. My true test for myself is to make it through till the next loss... just putting it out there and making this statement to everyone and myself:
I, Cindy, commit to staying on plan after my initial days of great losses, until I start losing again. I commit to not binging because I am still not losing each day. I commit to not crapping out on Friday, just because it is Friday. I commit to getting this weight off once and for all. I will make a plan for getting through the times when my body is adjusting and I am not losing. I will remind myself this is the time I am losing inches... I commit to this...
I am a between third and first shifter. :}

I have a strange sleep schedule. I go to bed around 9 ish. I sleep like a baby until sometime between 12-2 ish then I wake up. I am normally up or just lie in bed readying my new Kindle for a couple of hours... then back to bed and sleep like a baby again until 6-7ish... strange eh? I have been doing this since around the time I turned 40...
I am starting to spew Mr. Gullo here, so I must be beleiving and enjoying him. I 'get' it and that is the main thing. I love reading and learning and he is providing both...
I realise this is one of those books that I will read and re-read several times... Just like Shrink Yourslef... good books!
Thanks for everything honey, I am doing it, and it feels so good... (I am talking about losing weight, get your mind out of the gutter, hubby is sound asleep).

Let's just say I had WAY, WAY too much fun and food at Disneyland this weekend.
I can't even type the numbers this morning. My rings are tight, and my face looks like a plate. I'm hoping the water finds it's way off my body starting today.
On a positive note--I did get up each morning and join the resort activites director and a few other guests for a 7:30am power walk through the closed theme park. Very fun. Two extra miles each morning.
But still......DAMN.....the scale sucks today.......
