Daily Exercise Check In

I just keep reading all the muscle magazines and I want a body like those girls and it motivates me.  I just think some people love it and some people hate it.  I see all the regulars at my gym...even some much older ladies and they are there every day, like for years and years, I see the same faces.  Then every once in a while someone new shows up and you see them maybe 3 or 4 times then they vanish.  And then I see people in wheel chairs that show up regularly and I'm in awe.  I mean that's dedication!  Then there's the 400lb guy there day in and day out for many months.  I haven't seen any big changes, but at least he's there.  It kinda becomes a community of friends that you greet every day...I love seeing those faces.  I dunno, I just love it...always have...makes me feel....alive, I guess.  I wish I lived by you cause I'd come pick your ass up daily and escort you there....all of you exercise haters!!  I can just picture me driving a 15 passenger van dragging you all, kicking and screaming to the gym.  Haha

To bad you are not closer to Ft Worth! I would love for you to drag my ass to the gym!! I've had a membership to 24 Hour Fitness for a year now and I'm one of the ones that will go 3 or 4 times then wont go back for months. Hmm, lets see the last time I was there I think was in September sometime?? I hate  exercise but I know I need to do something not only to maintain but to be more healthy now that I have lost the weight. Will try to drag my butt in sometime this week or at least get out and walk since the weather is so nice!!

well, good for you. did you like exercise before surgery or only since?

sometime I don't hate it..but I never like it. at least when it's just "working out"  - now, I might feel different about a sport or something.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

I've been in to bodybuilding for 12 years now and have only missed a handful of my thrice weekly sessions with my trainer.  I've gotta be sick, sick sick to miss a session.  I freaking love the burn.

And before I discovered weight lifting I loved cardio!  Now I'd rather lift, but make myself do both.

Will be doing my 15-20 minutes of resistance bands and weighted ball exercises. It's not much but at least something!! No energy=No motivation!!

Didn't work today, but had a lot of running around to do.

We walked for a good hour temp was -16 here today..thats about 3 fahrenheit? in your land!!

Was raining this morning in San Diego, so son's baseball practice canceled. Took him and the dog for a 20 minute walk tonight. Loved spending time with my babies!

Ok. better late than never. Took dog Chip out for a walk this morning. But it was cold and i forgot gloves. Then Chip pooped on someone's lawn. Of course I had a bag to pick it up and I did but I didn't feel like taking a hike with a turd in a plastic bag and no gloves so we cut the walk a little short. Also started to rain.

So later i played x box kinect for about a half hour. Did the novice course horse jumping and the bounty super G skiing. My favorites. Crashed a few jumps and hit the wall a time or too. Still  so many games I haven't tried.

Did 1 hr Zumba class today.  worked hard, felt good, not sure how I will be moving tomorrow  :)  I work alittle slower and low impact burned over 400 calories according to my bodymedia for the class! I'm not up to the super energtic bouncing.... yet....
