Daily Exercise Check In

Alright, Day 3 of this new thread. Post what exercise you have done today. Gotta admit I am still in my jammies drinking coffee but before I head off to the studio I plan to take doggie Chip on a 15 minute walk. Looks like the rain has let up so I won't get soaked if I hurry up. There I said it. Now I gotta do it.

I've been puttering around the house this morning also. I'm heading to Curves for a 30 minute workout.

we had 5 inches of wet, heavy snow overnight and I have been shoveling. it's going to add up to more than 15 minutes of exercise so I am going to call this good for today. I might do stretches later; that would be an excellent idea.

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and then 10 minutes on the elliptical. I need to pick it up a notch with my treadmill.. I know I can work harder but my joints are achy since the weather is rainy. I'm going to try to do strength training on my lunch break.

One hour of step aerobics--new DVD and the choreography is really tricky. This one will keep me engaged for a good long while...

Today I climbed stairs for 30 minutes and then did an hour of heavy weight training...loved every minute of it!!  Am I crazy?
