I'm at GOAL!!!!!

LOL! I hit my goal of a having a normal bmi! I am very happy about it. I've noticed in the last week, that though I've lost weight, my Sharpei ass has filled in just a little. Fat redistribution I figure. I don't think my body is done losing weight, but I am. Yay!

This so wonderful. Isn't it an exciting feeling being normal bmi!!!! I bet you are not done losing and will drop a few more. congratulations, I am so happy for you. Its really a joy to see person after person achieving goal weight and all the great things that go with it.

So now welcome to the wonderful world of maintenance. Set a goal right now of not being above this weight a year from now and work toward that. Its what we gotta do to keep in the day.
