Brandilynn,
I travel away from home a lot - often to rural areas of Africa or other countries within Africa.
The only things I travel with are protein bars (enough for one per day - in the case that I have to skp a meal) and the sugar free Baskin Robbins sucking candies that have keep me away from sweets these past 7 months (enough for two per day). I find that I can almost always find protein and veggies and like some of the other say I eye-ball it, and rely on my sleeve to tell me "when". The amazing thing about our surgery is that we don't need a lot of accessories to make it work for us. No matter where you are you can always get an egg for breakfast and some chicken or beef for dinner.
Travel well.
