Goal Wt Reached!!!

 I officially hit my goal weight this morning!!!!  My ticker seems to be taking forever to reset, but I am at goal!!!!
Highest Weight:  224 lbs.
Surgery Weight: 194 lbs.
Current Weight:  134.9 lbs.
Goal Range:  130-135 lbs.

Congratulations!  I am close to goal myself but the weight loss has s-l-o-w-e-d down.  I know what I need to do to get there and I remain focused.

I hope you have a wonderful day and reward yourself for all the hard work in some way.  Congratulations and welcome to the rest of your life.  :)  I would consider setting a goal of maintaining your weight for a year.

Thanks.  Like you, I'm not too tall, just under 5'2".  So I may let it go lower.  I'll have to see how I look and feel.  I'mm 55 and work out, so 130ish may be about it.  Thanks!

You may be able to go lower, if you want. I am 4'11" and 57 years young, and currently weigh 116.4 and plan on getting to 110. I also work out. 120 was my first goal, and then I revised it to 110 lbs.  Good luck!!!
