Costco vites??

What type of multi vites from Costco do you use?  Not chew-ables or gummies........ regular pills/capsules ........Anyone?

JIMBO...  350lbs! lost!.....  TRIPLE CENTURY CLUB!!  HELL ...YEAH!

I use their Centrum Silver equivalent, called Mature Multis, I think. I also buy the Kirkland D3, the Kirkland B-100 complex. It's not the Kirkland brand, but I buy Citrical (calcium citrate pills) and Reviva (calcium citrate liquid) there as well...

I buy the Kirkland multi...

My vitamins & supps for the day are:

2 multi - 1 am, 1 pm
2 calcium - 1 am, 1 pm
1 D3
1 B6
1 B12
Probiotic
Plus a couple others that don't apply to you men :)

Oh, and my labs have been terrific!

well ii use the kirkland calcium citrate but confess that 15 months out  i still take the cheapo kirkland brand of kids chewables - look like little dinasaurs. Just can't hack the big pills. Hope you find some good kind that are not big as submarines!  Diane

Man I wish I could swallow those big ole things, but I still take the Bariatric Advantage chewables and take as many other chewables and liquids as possible.  I just gag on big pills.

i take the kirkland citrate but i also take the adlult gummie chews, my 1 yr labs were fine

Thanks for the replies everyone!  I like the gummies but.....still watchin the "carb" intake!  I found a kirkland multi....the liquid calcium from (thinlizzy)  and a B-complex.....I think Nature Made?
