Woo hoo!   Moving in the right direction.  Motivation to do well at Disneyland this week/weekend.  I've already registered for the daily morning power walk from the Grand Californian around California Adventure each morning before the park opens.  Sounds fun and will get the day off to a good start!

Hey Barbara, would eating more meat at meal times help?  I mean can you crowd out the carbs so to speak by eating so much meat that there isn't any room left??

Hello, Thanks for the idea of eating more protein first.

I believe I do do that, but will concentrate on it more.

I crave carbs, and emotional eating. I will try any ideas....
