... that Mandy and Brandi are my heroes!!!  You two are some of the realest people I know.  Your stick-it-to-us posts are incredibly helpful in my fight to get my "sobriety" (clean eating) back.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

And thank you to ALL you guys and gals who post here.  Y'all are my anchors to sanity!

Aw, you are a sweetheart! They are pretty darn awesome too!

 I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!

Well thank you! I just say what I think and try to relay what has helped me. We can all learn from eachother. Sometimes I need more help than I can give, but other times I feel pretty strong! = )
