Hi Gwen.. which flavor are you using? Also are you accounting for the serving size? Are you using a brand that has artificial sweeteners? That needs to be considered too. Also does the Fiber One have protein? That also needs to be considered.

A 4 oz container is 50 calories, 0 fat, 13 carbs and 3 proteins.  I know greek yogurt is much higher on the protein.  Now that I looked up 4 oz of Fage, I see it's much less carbs.  My mistake!  I love greek yogurt (of course with honey and I k now NO honey!)  thanks for setting me straight!

Hi Gwen.. yes it's the serving size.. so for a lot more of the fage you can get a lot more protein and a lot less carbs. May I also suggest you look at getting the Now brand stevia to sweeten any foods or drinks that you do? This will be a lot better for your weight loss and a good choice if you really want to sweeten something. I suggest this particular brand because I've tried a few others and they were NOT good, so I don't want you to get a bad impression of Stevia by buying the bad brands.
