Glad to see you back Cindy! I’m maintaining and don’t want to lose or gain. I am very happy with my weight & size and am only interested in obtain plastics for tummy tuck & boob lift later in the year. I’m wearing medium tops & size 4-6 jeans/pants.
Was struggling to move the extra pounds I was holding onto from Xmas and my 40th birthday celebrations and so am on Day 4 of the 5 day pouch test. In the first 3 days I have lost 6 and a half pounds and am now back under goal!!
2 days to go and then back on a very low carb plan as it is the easiest way for me to keep on track!
I would highly recommend it as a bit of a kick start for anyone wanting to de-carb and lose a few pounds.
