I can eat half of a small without cheese or onions, sometimes 3/4, but no saltines.  They stick in my craw like a lump of rocks.  I'm two and a half years out.

It has been about a month since I have eaten any, so
at about 10 months out, I could eat not quite half of a small, with cheese and onion.

Wishing you all the best, Carol

Never had a wendy's chilli before.. but I can eat about a half to 3/4 of a cup of my own homemade chili made with lean ground beef and cauliflower. I can fit a lot more in with those soft foods.
