2 millet and 1 nice worm for my friend here!  :}

Hmmm, I guess I really do not notice nighttime.  I have usually eaten dinner by 6 since I go to bed at 9 and need an empty stomach for my pain schtuff to be on.

I wonder if my sleeve gets all slinky and tight too, but I never know because I only have drinky things after 6!

Maybe *I* am freaky too!!  Joy!

for a long time, my sleeve was closed for business in the mornings. then things opened up later in the day. the later, the opener.

now, I'm about the same all the time but it took maybe 2 years.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

PM me if you are interested in either of these.

sounds like a healthier way to be - not supposed to be eating before bed anyway. but I always do- gah!

do you want to change? be all fighting the munchies late in the evening?

Oh hell no girl.  I'm happy I don't desire food in the evening.

Thank God my sleeve lets me eat fast!  With a two year old around I think I'd be having the foamies quite a lot if she didn't allow for speed!  Luckily I've never had anything like this happen (knock on wood).  I can eat my morning egg in a few minutes, which is conveniently about all I'm allowed in between sippy cup and cheerio refills, lol.
