duh, just reread your post and you are at goal. so i don't see anything wrong with drinking those coffees so long as they fit in your calorie protein plan. i never experience the carb monster from carbs in dairy like skim milk. its the ones from flour and sugar that get you i think. dunno why. diane

I have asked this question more than once and people have a variety of answers so we are all different. pay attention to the affects on you, is my advice.

for me, increased caffeine increases my appetite and increases my urge to make unhealthy choices. so I try to cut back, because I love it.

I find if I do 2 to 4 cups a day, I'm fine. I avoid dairy because I am lactose intolerant, but I am OK using either heavy cream (yum!) or that powdered fake crap.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.
