Need a daily weigh in...so..
Surgery Date - July 19, 2010
Highest Weight - 233 lbs
Surgery Weight - 186 lbs
Total Amount Lost - 90 (47 pre-op, 43 post-op)
Goal Range - 135 lbs - 145 lbs
Yesterday's Weight - 143 lbs
Today's Weight - 143 lbs
Gain/Loss - -0 lbs
I'm at goal & I'm just looking to maintain my current weight. I feel very thin and am very happy with my size medium tops and size 6 jeans. I'm doing the same thing I've been doing for the last year and a half and if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm not increasing calories, etc. but I am planning to go the gym cuz I need some toning up. I prolly have about 10 pounds that would go bye-bye after breast/tummy tuck surgeries, so I feel good about my weight loss.
I still weigh every single morning, as that is my ritual. I still track my food 95% of the time. I have a regular job schedule so my food routine is just that, a routine and I'm happy eating the same stuff over and over again. I still don't have hunger and that doesn't bother me. If it comes back, then it'll be yet something else I can work on. Sorry for being boring, but my entire weight loss experience has been without drama - well....except for my hair loss, but I won't go there right now....I wanna stay in my calm Zen space, lol! Naw, seriously, the shedding has stopped and now I have a trillion little hairs everywhere on my head, which is a good thing!
