Thank you!  You are beautiful!  Have things gotten easier, harder, or stayed the same the further you get from surgery?  I feel normal now, but always have the little nagging fears at the base of my skull asking when the switch is going to flip and it is all going to get so much harder.  You are one of the few people as far out as you are.. I am so glad you are around!  Aren't we both so lucky that we got to change our lives!

Yes, I feel so blessed to have had the sleeve.  Things are a lot easier now.  Don't worry about the flip swithching.  Your stomach (pouch) is just not big enough.  Lol!  It's going to keep you in check.  I still have days where I can only eat a few bites.  What is really better now is the drinking and eating together.  That was always a struggle for me.

I'm 43 and look the best I have ever looked.  Your pouch will prevent you from overeating.  It's just no way you can do it.  If I force myself to overeat, it comes up.  Trust your pouch.  It won't let you down.
