I am STILL the same weight (hey, what if my scale is broken?) but my pants are too tight. so today I did day TWO of my new aerobic exercise routine.

basically, I put on The Archies and dance until I feel groovy! 

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

Have a head cold, feel yucky but will get my liquids in today. I must say though, I haven't been sick in such a long time and I feel that my daily vitamins and weightloss have everything to do with being healthy.

121.5.   stayin thin on this super day. gonna feed my friends "healthy" chilli and such. we have the biggest tv of our social circle so the super bowl event is here. diane
