Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday, Feb01/11
Dear Cindy,
I'm so sorry. I've had 2 friends who passed away in the last 3 weeks "suddenly".....it's so hard. They are in a better place.....This I must believe....
Yesterday was fantastic. I did everything I said I was gonna do to get back to some bascis AND I'm gonna do it again today. I gonna weigh one a week and I'll have an update next Monday for you :) I feel like I've lost 100 lbs.........oh that's right...I have lost 100+ lbs......Feels so, so good to get back into the groove!

Cindy im so sorry that you and your hubby are going through this, losing a loved one is never ever easy i will be keeping you both in my thoughts, dont worry about weighing just do your best, right now being there for you and your husband and his family is far more important...
