Surgeon's Goal - 162.5 lbs
My Goal - 155 lbs lbs, BMI - 21
Prefered Range - 140 - 144 lbs
Yesterday's Weight - 146.4 lbs
Today's Weight - 146.4 lbs
Gain/Loss - 0 lbs
Random Thoughts:
- I had another pretty good day, had a tortilla and a pack of M&M's. Still no binge, but lots of thoughts and talk of it. Hubby is actually keeping me in line, for the most part. I am eating raisins and peanut butter, instead of chips, cookies and chocolate. But I am disapointed that I am slowly gaining back the weight I lost early last week...
Well today is a new week, so hopefully I can get back to doing Induction and get the scale going in the right direction again.

1. Eat Healthy Meals Daily - BINGE!!!
2. Eat Healthy Snacks Daily - BINGE!!!
3. Drink Water Daily - Done
4. Take Viatamins Daily - Done

So....Disneyland. I came home with really swollen hands and feet, and my face looks like a moon pie this morning. And, the scale...well.....hoping the water sheds SOON!

THOUGHTS: I ate way too many sweets and just pure crap. it was fun, but wow....190 on the scale this morning. Sure, there is no way I gained eight to nine pounds in three days--true pounds. But, such a good example of what my body does when I eat carbs (and fly). Gonna try hard this week to shed this mess before our trip to frozen NYC on Thursday.
Stayed the same from Friday's weight. Did not have time to weight during the weekend. Worked hard and got in more exercise. Stayed low carb....YEA....first weekend in a long time that has happened.
I will be off the board for the rest of the week starting tomorrow. We have a major ice/snow storm headed our way so I will be away working storm support. That goes with working for a utility company. See you all when I get back. Hopefully with a loss but I just don't know. When you are on storm support, it is whatever they give you to eat and be thankful for it.

When I started my 'diet' a week ago, if I behaved perfectly I lost nicely in just a few days from 148 or 149 where ever I was, down to 145... nice!!! But as soon as I added in a few extra carbs I started gaining it back again...
However, I am still down over 2 lbs since last Monday, so I am a pleased.
I want to try and stay away from the 5 Day Pouch Test and Crash Dieting, and see if I can get it off with Atkin's Induction or if I am ok with losing slower then just Atkin's on the phase after Induction.
I have some stress going on in my life right now and it is my TOM so I hope to just maintain this small loss until I am ready to go again...
My husbands father died in the night last night, and we are in shock... we live in Belize, we are in the height of our busy season, both of us up to our eye balls in showings and inquiries... and this happens... all I want to do is grab some chocolate and medicate... but I don't have time to go buy any... we have not even had a chance to discuss what we are going to do next... regarding a trip to Canada...
