Highest Weight - 230 lbs
Surgeon's Goal - 162.5 lbs
My Goal - 155 lbs lbs, BMI - 21
Prefered Range - 140 - 144 lbs
Yesterday's Weight - 145.6 lbs
Today's Weight - 146.4 lbs
Gain/Loss - +.8 lbs Up 3 days in a row TOM!!
Random Thoughts:
- I had another pretty good day, ate out and had a tortilla and a Bailey's Pina Coloda... yummy!! I have gained a tiny bit 3 days in a row, so I am not surprised I went off plan. At least I did not binge. The true test of whether I can stick with this, will be this period when I am gaining or stalling... so far so good, but I notice I am eating a bit worse each day. I need to get back to "Induction" to get that scale moving in the right direction.
I commit to the following:
1. Eat Healthy Meals Daily - Done
2. Eat Healthy Snacks Daily - Ate a pack of M&M's today
3. Drink Water Daily - Done
4. Take Viatamins Daily - Done
5. Exercise Daily - Done
6. Check In here Daily - Done

Random Thoughts:
- Been traveling but still checking my weight daily although hadn't had much time to post. This is a busy time of year for me. Normally I gain about 10 to 20 pounds and spend the next couple of months to shed it off. I've been bouncing between 207 and 210 for the last couple of weeks. So I'm extremely pleased.
- I'm going to revise my goal. Maybe a new range from 200 - 210.

Random Thoughts:

Good for you! I hope you can continue to maintain it around this level while you are so busy and travelling...
If you think you would look good by revising your goal downward go for it. I know you were getting comments about looking too thin, but a couple of things happen after you have been at or below goal for awhile:
- people finally get used to seeing you slim and stop commenting on you looking too thin
- you body re-distributes a bit and your face fills back out again...
So you are probably good to go.
