Surgery Date - June 12/09
Highest Weight - 230 lbs
Surgeon's Goal - 162.5 lbs
My Goal - 155 lbs lbs, BMI - 21
Prefered Range - 140 - 144 lbs
Yesterday's Weight - 145.2 lbs
Today's Weight -  145.6 lbs
Gain/Loss -  +.4 lbs 
Random Thoughts:  
-  I had another pretty good day, ate out and had a tortilla and a Bailey's Pina Coloda... yummy!!    I have gained a tiny bit two days in a row, so I am not surprised I went off plan.  At least I did not binge.  The true test of whether I can stick with this, will be this period when I am gaining or stalling... so far so good, but I notice I am eating a bit worse each day.  I need to get back to "Induction" to get that scale moving in the right direction.
Diet Day 1 -  I commit to the following: 
1.  Eat Healthy Meals Daily -
Done for the most part... ate out... special drink.
2.  Eat Healthy Snacks Daily - Done
3.  Drink Water Daily - Done
4.  Take Viatamins Daily - Done
5.  Exercise Daily - Done
