What we are eating - Thursday

VSG on 09/01/08 with
LNDinner - Grilled chicken-bone in - 2 legs and 1 thigh, skin removed - these were very small;  and 1/2 cup asparagus

LNSnack - 1/2 cup peanuts; 16 oz Diet Snapple Peach Tea


Breakfast - 2 eggs fried in pan

Snack - 2 coffees - plain; unsweetened iced tea; water

Snack - 2 oz Swiss Cheese

Lunch - 4 oz Grilled Chicken; Small salad/w Ranch Dressing

Snace - 2 oz Swiss Cheese; unsweetened iced tea; water

Dinner - 2 eggs, cup fresh spinach, 1 T onion, 1 oz cheese scrambled with 1 t olive oil

Snack - 1/2 peanuts

Vitamins - Yes
Exercise -  No

Today was a much less snacky day and I didnt eat 1500 calories!!!

Pre B: Protein Coffee (chocolate & vanilla mix)
B: Coffee/Chocolate Protein shake w/1% milk
S: Spice Cake (for my birthday this month-couldnt pass it up could I?? Plus it was homemade!!)
L: Cottage cheese & pineapple
S: Carbmaster yogurt & string cheese
D: Mocha Frappe protein shake blended w/ice
S: String cheese & almonds

Water: 64+oz
Vits: Done
Exercise: None (I need motivation-this has to change soon!!!)
