Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Friday, Jan28/11 

Surgery Date - June 12/09
Highest Weight - 230 lbs
Surgeon's Goal - 162.5 lbs
My Goal - 155 lbs lbs, BMI - 21
Prefered Range - 140 - 144 lbs
Yesterday's Weight - 145 lbs
Today's Weight -  145.2 lbs
Gain/Loss -  +.2 lbs 
Random Thoughts:  
-  I had another good day, still struggling in the evening, but not giving in much.  Had more than I should have of raisins and PB.  Doesn't seem to be affecting the scale yet.  I have lost each day on my diet ****il today).  Making it easy to stick to.  I am concerned about when I stall or gain. (like today)  That will be the true test of whether I can stick with this.  Have I mentioned I HATE dieting!  However, I am feeling much better... and look forward to getting back down where I was.
Diet Day 1 -  I commit to the following: 
1.  Eat Healthy Meals Daily -
Done
2.  Eat Healthy Snacks Daily - Done - too many, but it is Friday, and rationalized that it's better than eating out!!  Or buying junk food... right?
3.  Drink Water Daily - Done
4.  Take Viatamins Daily - Done
5.  Exercise Daily - Done
6.  Check In here Daily - Done

Up 2 again.

Today I'm wearing my "skinny" jeans, they aren't really, but they are to me.
Anyway I feel like that ad (is it subway?) where the buttons fly off people.  But anywho, I wore them today to help reel me back in.  Weekends have no structure at my house so they're a little hard, but I know I'm down on my water intake, so I'll work on that.  At least there isn't a breakroom full of evil at home... that helps.

Hi Julie,

My jeans recently did it for me also.  I looked down and saw a bit of a muffin top, and nice bulge to my belly... I said enough is enough... and the result is this damn diet :)

Sorry about the 2 lb gain, I hope it is jus****er and slides right back off again, taking a friend or two with it.

I find weekends, especially Fridays - Date Night, hard too!  Hubby and I both decided to stay on plan tonight, and eat at home... so hopefully the scale continues to reward us.  Hubby has lost 7.8 lbs and I have lost 3.6 lbs since we started this 'diet' so we want to continue to behave.

Keep away from the 'evil' as you put it, hang in there!

Thanks for the words of encouragement!

You guys are doing great!!! Keep it up!!

My husband just bought 2 lbs of Harry and David truffles... but his jeans are getting too tight as well.
I told him to hide them so I couldn't break in a moment of weakness-I've been pretty good so far.. those suckers are 100 calories a pop!  When I do indulge, I eat it very slowly to savor every single calorie.
