I am crazy proud of you honey, don't sabatoge yourself!!!
When I eat something salty, I drink like a fish the rest of the day, evening, and even in the night if I get up... it ALWAYS helps me keep the scale in check...
Hope you flushed it out, and it is gone tomorrow, taking a coulple of friends with it.

Surgery Goal 135 lbs
Maintenance Goal Range - 115 lbs - 118 lbs
Yesterday's Weight - 119.8 lbs
Today's Weight - 120.6 lbs
Gain/Loss - +.8 lbs
Well, I thought I was doing OK, but I guess between the slice of pizza at lunch and the pork loin for dinner, I had too much sodium. My calories were at 1086 for the day, and I aim for less that 1200. I'm hoping it's water weight too!
Tonight is date night, so I'm not too optimistic about the weight coming down tomorrow. We"ll see!

It has been a brutal day, therefore my intake has been shameful.
Tonight is workout night and I scheduled a massage. Maybe if I can just skip dinner and drink hot tea and work my little heart out tonight I can try to steer away the damage.
Why is it that sugar seems so necessary when under stress??

Because for a small while, it changes your body chemistry. Your brain reacts to it. All the stuff that we get addicted to, we do that because it mimics something pleasureable in our body chemistries.
The pain of detoxing - that is the pain of your nerves and your body processes throwing a tantrum because what it used to have is not being given to it anymore. AND IT HURTS to *not* put *insert whatever thing* back in your system again.
Drug addicts might enjoy their high, before they become addicts, but when they are spiraling the reason they keep on is to AVOID PAIN, because it takes more and more to even almost get high, but some is good to *start* dulling the pain.

Congrats on your 2 lb loss the other day!! Yeehaw!!
We all have bad days, just get right back to it, like you plan. And don't starve yourself, just choose VERY wisley the rest of the day, or get back on plan tomorrow...
