Highest Weight - 230 lbs
Surgeon's Goal - 162.5 lbs
My Goal - 155 lbs lbs, BMI - 21
Prefered Range - 140 - 144 lbs
Yesterday's Weight - 146.4 lbs
Today's Weight - 145.8 lbs
Gain/Loss - - .6 lbs
Random Thoughts:
- I had another good day, still struggling in the evening, but not giving in much. Had a handful or two of raisins, and lots of water.
Diet Day 1 - I commit to the following:
1. Eat Healthy Meals Daily - Done
2. Eat Healthy Snacks Daily - Done, maybe a few too many, stresssssss....
3. Drink Water Daily - Done
4. Take Viatamins Daily - Done
5. Exercise Daily - Done
6. Check In here Daily - Done
For those of you that are joining me, I want to thank you agian for helping me stay accountable and I wish you lots of success! Again, I plan to do Atikin's Induction for a few weeks, then low carb until I reach my new lower goal. Group Hugs! Let's do this!!!

Thanks so much! I am so releived I am finally getting control, and the scale keeps rewarding me... so fair! I just need to be prepared for the day when I stop losing for a few weeks, even though I am behaving, that will be my true test... I CAN do this!
Congrats on your 1 lb loss, I can't wait to see you slide into the 170's...
However, if Disney is in your future, enjoy and just pick up where you left off when you get back :)

I am really feeling the floorwork class today...decided since I'm in pain I'm going to go attempt to go to the gym and do something not sure what yet as my knee is still hurting me. Patiently waiting for my doctor to respond to my email (I just sent it Monday so hopefully today). I caved and made peanut butter low carb cookies (I brought the rest to work). They were good I added a bit to much splenda. Anyway staying away from "bad" carbs and hanging in there!!

Maybe consider tossing those bars if you are pounding them down babygirl.
And too, consider eating solid foods for your meals earlier in the day? Your first couple of mealios are just liquids girlie. Maybe for some folks that works fine, and maybe it worked fine for you before, but it does not seem to be doing what you mean for it to do.
