Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday, Jan25/11 

Surgery Date - June 12/09
Highest Weight - 230 lbs
Surgeon's Goal - 162.5 lbs
My Goal - 155 lbs lbs, BMI - 21
Prefered Range - 140 - 144 lbs
Yesterday's Weight - 148.8 lbs
Today's Weight -  146.4 lbs
Gain/Loss -  - 2.4 lbs 

Random Thoughts:  
-  I had a REALLY good day yesterday.  I actually found it very easy to get and stay on plan, which was a surprise.  Until the evening, then I struggled all evening, I wanted to munch on something, and I have run out of Almonds, which I can't get here on this island.  I had a bit of peanut butter, and a handful of raisins... so pretty good choices all and all...  I will be better prepared today...
Diet Day 1 -  I commit to the following:
1.  Eat Healthy Meals Daily -
Done
2.  Eat Healthy Snacks Daily - Done
3.  Drink Water Daily - Done
4.  Take Viatamins Daily - Done
5.  Exercise Daily - Done
6.  Check In here Daily - Done
For those of you that are joining me, I want to thank you agian for helping me stay accountable and I wish you lots of success!  Again, I plan to do Atikin's Induction for a few weeks, then low carb until I reach my new lower goal.  Group Hugs!  Let's do this!!!

Good Morning My Dear!

Just hang in there it will happen.  I figure if we eat the way we should, and exercise, get plenty of water and sleep... it can't help but come off.

I just finished two weeks of Atkins Induction.  Shed 2.5 pounds in those two weeks which is great since I've stayed the same since Thanksgiving (going up and down 2 pounds).  I love having flour and sugar out of my system as i head towards goal.  I count my Monday weigh since it can go up and down a few ounces daily based on sodium etc.  I've got my food logged into myfitnesspal and I'm ready for another low carb day.

Cindy, you look great regardless of your age!  45 sounds great except that my baby is turning 37 tomorrow!
