Highest Weight - 230 lbs
Surgeon's Goal - 162.5 lbs
My Goal - 155 lbs lbs, BMI - 21
Prefered Range - 140 - 144 lbs
Yesterday's Weight - 148.4 lbs
Today's Weight - 148.8 lbs
Gain/Loss - +.4 lbs
Random Thoughts:
I decided not to do a seperate thread for my new diet, then if it takes some of us longer, we will always have a place to check in, because I plan to keep the Maintenance Thread going indefinately. For anyone that does not want to do the diet, just ignore the rest of us, or cheer us on ok?
Diet Day 1 - I commit to the following:
1. Eat Healthy Meals Daily - Done
2. Eat Healthy Snacks Daily - Done
3. Drink Water Daily - Done
4. Take Viatamins Daily - Done
5. Exercise Daily - Done
6. Check In here Daily - Done
For those of you that are joining me, I want to thank you agian for helping me stay accountable and I wish you lots of success! Again, I plan to do Atikin's Induction for a few weeks, then low carb until I reach my new lower goal. Group Hugs! Let's do this!!!

I put on 3 kgs over christmas which is about 6lbs and I can't believe the difference it makes - I have gone from pretty much a flat stomach (apart from the flabby skin!) to a little pot belly that looks awful in a skirt - I am still in all my same clothes but the difference in my head is outrageous!!
I hear what you were saying about not feeling slim! Ridiculous but true!!
So this morning I was:
66.7 kgs (147 lbs)
Want to get to:
64kgs (141 lbs)
Chat tomorrow
I put on 3 kgs over christmas which is about 6lbs and I can't believe the difference it makes - I have gone from pretty much a flat stomach (apart from the flabby skin!) to a little pot belly that looks awful in a skirt - I am still in all my same clothes but the difference in my head is outrageous!!
I hear what you were saying about not feeling slim! Ridiculous but true!!

I partied this weekend and ate very lovely. Unfortunately I did not hydrate appropriately and need to work on that today. My 1 pound increase I feel reflects all the salty food I ate over the weekend. Su****eriyaki, Indian, several ****tails, Mexican, red velvet cake - let's just say I enjoyed myself immensely with my wls friends and we partied so it is all good and I know my tool is still there waiting on me this morning.
I need to drink tons o' water today and that is my main focus.
I will not commit to joining the diet group but my goals are similar in terms of hydration and keeping an eyeball on my calories/food choices.

Today: 182....point something....up again. I know why! I'm trying to satisfy myself with slider foods, all good stuff, but even too much of the good stuff isn't so good. I'm been trying to sabotage myself lately, not just with food,but other stuff (no, not alchol, thank God), but you name it, whether it be "spending money, lying, being a ***** and at the same time, trying to be a better person each day "in between". I'm not perfect, but I know I can do better......

I had a gain this morning, but I expected it. The dreaded Sunday dinner at my house! I'm sure it's water weight from drinking wine and having no water. We shall see tomorrow.
Today, I'm off to the orthopedist for my MRI results. Hopefully, it's all good! i still have limited range of movement with my knee and hip, but I'm praying it's just swelling or something that will go away by itself.
