I'm going on a "Diet" anyone want to join me?
well as per usual i will join in.. its going to be a tough first week for me as my husbands brother is coming to stay they have not seen each other in over 10 yrs ..ive never met him.
but being that my husband has not seen him in so long he wants to take him out all over the place... but ill do ,my best LOL.
apparantly this guy likes to cook .... (could be a dangerous week)

I am sorry to hear about your gain. However, it is what it is, and now we can tackle it before it gets any worse, right!?
You have a couple of days start on us, but that is great, I envy you, cause I know the first few days will be the hardest for me.

Definitely count me in. It's been hard to get back on program and I am so afraid of gaining a little more.
I have been fooling around with the same 7-8 lbs since my birthday at the end of October and then all the slam dunk holidays that followed.
I really want it off so I will be acountable on your thread!

Enough is enough, when I went off plan at Christmas I NEVER thought I would stay off this long. I am so surprised at myself, as I am sure you are with yourself.
But together we can get control, get this weight off, and get back to feeling great. It also amazes me how less than 10 lbs can make such a difference in the way I feel, again I am sure you feel the same.
I miss being skinny and feeling fantastic, I want that feeling back again.

I am battling the last 15 pounds to reach my goal weight so I would like to join the group to stay accountable.
Do any of you have any suggestions? I have been in a stall for about 3 weeks and my weight keeps fluctuating between +/- 2 pounds. I am keeping my calories under 1,000 - generally around 850, carbs less than 75 (usually a lot less) and protein around 60+. I've also beefed up my exercise, getting in my water and vitamins and I just can't seem to get the scale to budge.
