That's the beauty.... you don't have to sacrifice any protein if you just add a veggie snack or add a veggie only meal to what your already doing. Give it a try..... your below weight and have a bunch of wiggle room to experiment with veggies!

I usually have a protein drink for breakfast, sometimes carrots and ranch for a snack, then my lunch of meat and cheese, then fruit for another snack ( I usually share a banana with one of my kids, or a satsuma), then protein and veggie for dinner, then red peppers and ranch as a TV snack. Then sometimes 1-3 pieces of dove dark chocolate at night. I eat all freaking day but generally get in 85 g of protein, 850-1000 calories and who gives a **** about fat. I add a bit of protein powder to my ranch dressing, don't tell my kids. I still can't eat much at one time, but doing way better than I used to before. I love my veggies. I often have broccoli for dinner, but I am going to try to do as you said and have more stalk.
