Surgery Date - June 12/09
Highest Weight - 230 lbs
Surgeon's Goal - 162.5 lbs
My Goal - 155 lbs lbs, BMI - 21
Prefered Range - 143 - 148 lbs
Yesterday's Weight - 147 lbs
Today's Weight - 147.6 lbs
Gain/Loss -  +.6 lbs 

Random Thoughts:  
-  Ate well
-  Vitamins, and water good...
-  Small pack of M&M's
-  Walked 3 miles
-  Maybe a few too many healthy snacks and an extra tortilla...
-  STRESS
I Upped my Goal Range for the following reasons:
-  I will never have the perfect body because of my hips and tummy
-  Areas look too thin when I go below 145
-  Hubby says I look too thin at my lowest
-  My face, boobs and above my chest area look better at this weight
-  I now have more of a tummy, which sucks, but in every other way I am happier here

-  Note:  This is the first time in my whole life, I have allowed myself to admit I can't lose the tummy and thighs without surgery.  This is the first time I can finally say, I am 45 years old, with a phenominal body, that is not perfect and I am ok with that!!!!!!!!!!

Well, still holding on to those two extra pounds that found me this week for no apparent reason other than it's PMS week and I've upped my exercise.

Still going to keep on keeping on and hope that this weekend flushes some of that extra water weight away.  Very frustrating to be doing things right.  I think my body is VERY HAPPY in the 185 range.  Boo!

I added a line to the info that I keep track of.  I think most of us had a goal set by us or our surgeons of what our goal should be, but we settled on a weight that was either higher or lower as our maintenance goal.  I have a tendency of beating myself up for the extra pounds that I gained over the holidays, and I am trying to be kinder to myself by reminding myself that although I may be up from my maintenance goal, I am below my surgery goal, so things are not that bad!  I'm still struggling with my knee injury so the gym is still not back in my life, and I think that's affecting my eating and weight loss.  I have too much time at home at night and grazing has become a problem!

I love it!!  All of it!!  I have changed mine as well!!  We are doing great, and should be so proud of ourselves! 

No more beating ourselves up!
